Fits all B-Series motor in 94-01 Acura Integra, 99-00 Honda Civic Si DOHC, and Delsol with the DOHC motor except B20 CR-V block unless you have a different oil pan.  *This is a 2.5" Collector, you will need a 2.5" inlet exhaust or a High Flow Cat that accepts this 2.5" Manifold.
