While we provide a warranty, it’s essential to know what we do to make sure we don’t let customers down in the first place. All of our products shipped from our head office in Sydney are hand-tested by one of our trained technicians before being put in a box. Not one in one hundred or even one in ten: Every single one. For some products, that means a simple power-up or cycle; for others, it means a vacuum or pressure test. This ensures that by the time it is in a box on the way to you, it will do precisely what we promise it will! Sometimes, things happen, and we will stand by that promise and make good on our side of the deal as quickly as we can.
