TREVORA BMW G90 / G99 M5 PR-1 Carbon Body Kit

The TREVORA PR-1 Carbon Body Kit for the BMW G90 M5 and G99 M5 Touring represents the most comprehensive aero package TREVORA has developed to date for the current M5 platform. With over six months of dedicated development and more than a decade of experience in carbon fiber aero design, each component has been engineered specifically for the G90 and G99 bodywork using 3D CAD and real-world scanning to ensure accurate fitment and seamless integration with factory lines.

All components are constructed from high-grade pre-preg carbon fiber, delivering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio alongside a consistent high-gloss finish. Pre-preg manufacturing ensures precise resin distribution throughout the laminate, resulting in parts that are both structurally sound and visually refined — appropriate for a vehicle of the M5's standing on both road and circuit.

The PR-1 front splitter features sharp aerodynamic lines designed to increase front-end downforce while complementing the assertive presence of the G90 front bumper. The side skirts follow the body's natural shoulder line, enhancing the M5's already substantial stance without adding visual bulk. At the rear, the three-element diffuser manages underbody airflow and contributes to rear stability, while the front bumper duct extensions refine the front-end airflow path and integrate cleanly with the splitter geometry.

The PR-1 kit is suitable for both the G90 M5 sedan and the G99 M5 Touring, with all components developed to accommodate the shared front and rear bumper architecture across both bodystyles.
