Roller Thrust Cam Button Chevy Big Block 396-454ci

- Keeps cam from moving backwards & forwards
- Often required when converting to roller cam/lifters
- Inserts into front of cam; Rides between the front of the timing gear & the inside of the timing cover
- Can be shimmed for proper camshaft endplay
