Will this kit work with my current intercooler setup?

The 2.5" diameter matches most common aftermarket intercoolers. Measure your outlet and inlet ports before ordering — if they're 2.5", you're good. If they're larger or smaller, sizing adapters may be needed.

Do I need to prep or paint the aluminum pipes?

The aluminum comes bare. You can leave it raw, polish it, or paint it to match your engine bay — that's up to you. Just make sure everything is clean before assembly so clamps seat properly.

Are the clamps tight enough to hold pressure without leaking?

Stainless clamps included in the kit are designed to seal silicone hose connections. Hand-tighten first, then snug them down with a wrench — don't over-torque or you'll crush the hose. Check for leaks at idle before boost testing.
