Each gear is built with:

• 7075 billet aluminum outer rings – the strongest grade of aluminum, hard anodized for enhanced durability and a premium finish

• 1045 steel center hubs – finished with a black oxide coating for corrosion resistance and strength

• Laser-etched timing marks – for quick and accurate adjustments
